@a5 probably smaller reductions as we go and more team movement/re orgs is what the end of the email read like.
@a3 I got a leadership email and I think the layoffs are done this round? Weird message at the end about chatting with our leaders about new questions regarding our roles and teams
We’re supposed to reduce 20% or about 4,500 people over the next two to three years. I think he’s really handling this poorly if that was it.
