Is there an exit interview where I can finally say what I really think?

I knew a guy that quit in 2007. He asked HR when his exit interview would be scheduled. The HR person said that “we do not exit interview heritage Mobil employees”.
The logic was that if not ask question then not get data, and zero data indicating change required equals no change required.
I doubt exit interviews are performed now, just to avoid uncomfortable data.

There is an online survey but the point of it is to document you aren’t leaving due to s-xual harassment or similar reasons that you could sue the company over. They aren’t interested in what anyone thinks or making changes to improve.
Tempting as it may be to let fly, be gracious on your way out. Say your peace to your true friends, but only be gracious publicly. You never know when words that feel great in the moment will come back to bite you.
Exit interviews are not required and really don't change anything. Since most people don't want to burn any bridges they won't really express their thoughts openly. I wouldn't recommend it either because the company can and will come after you fro libel and slander.
