What department and state
Yes there will be a severance package but no one knows what it is until they receive an email from HR to their personal email address on file. This will occur 24-48 hrs after being laid off. Leaders were given a very strict script to follow and are not allowed to answer any questions, like why were they chosen. Leaders were not given any severance details and were told to direct the associates to HR only if they have questions. Most layoffs will occur today but I believe some areas will be told until 8/12/26.
@a4 we literally don’t know yet either. We are waiting for emails from HR with more info.
