WFH may not be as attractive if a dollar value is placed on it i.e. a reduction in pay. The exceptions are those high earner categories who bring in $175+ bonus money alone. There are always trade offs. Seriously doubt if ATT wouldn't slice your piece of the pie for the WFH benefit.
