My number has come up. Funny thing is our team was completely swamped and overworked on a skeleton crew already. Director made sure her friend circle kept their roles which will fall in her face in two years when half the ones they kept retire and the other half are incompetent.

@cj package depends on your role and time. Mine was on the low side as I wasn’t here too long. They did seem open to having me back if they bring back the role but I’m hopeful I’ll have moved on by then.
Congratulations!!! The EPOC debit platform is a *hit show. This is the most mismanaged team I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

@a7 not sure of anyone else yet, but all things considered we were productive and extremely busy team with technical knowledge. I had between 20-30+ projects at a time to handle and finally got queue down to 15 this week. Freezes are gonna hurt them going live to production with not enough staff to manage the workload and businesses will continue leave. But I guess they don’t care since half that team is within 5yrs of retiring and BOA will prob be buying them. Director made sure her friends circle of 20yrs lasted, even if I was more competent. lots of shady stuff went down. Rhonda and Amanda are the Gen X over paid leaders hired to cut jobs and not do much else. Anyone under Rhonda watch out.

Been there, done that this year also. Hard to lose the jaded, suspicious mindset after working here. Reset and start anew. I'd try anything other than the finance banking service sector.
Since you’re gone can you tell us more? No indication of where or who in any thread.

Congrats! Enjoy what's left of summer.. hopefully the package was decent.... most roles I'm finding are actually paying more than Fiserv did AND can't be as terrible for your body/mind.
