Remote employees recognition

Do employees that are still remote get considered for Recognition programs. This is in Auto.

They’ll recognize that you’re remote and then you off eventually. Writing has been on the wall for years now. Smug Charlie hates all of us and he demonstrates his hatred at every opportunity. We all just need to keep making that a$$hole richer in the meantime

In branch banking there’s the MVP event. I made it for 2024 and 2025 and am on track to make it again for 2026. Super fun!

Whippity sc--wdo. The comments here are brutal - was the bathroom out of TP when you visited today ? (which was a timed event and they even saw you stop by the breakroom for coffee - shame on you !).

To the original posting person, I hope you receive Employee of the Year and get to take a trip to a lavish luxury hotel (but, keep in mind, you will be in the company of the rabble that responded to your initial query). Oh, well, Charlie terminated this event that honors the people who work hard so he can bring in $40 million a year. Let that sink in. A frosted hair freak with a * grin (refer back to the reason all responders are angry) makes more than the majority of the entire Wells Fargo staff.

In auto, employees are allowed to be remote and do not get discriminated. I do see remote members got recognized.

You just have to go through procedures to get approved for being remote.

Being fully remote IS the ultimate benefit or recognition. Who gives an S about an ecard?!

Nobody here is going to give a sh!t. Maybe ask your friends in auto or do you people not talk to each other.

It is not for me. Noticed that an employee who is remote just won a big recognition reward.

It's been established on this site that "remote" is a placeholder status until the LOB is ready to lay off the employee... So I'd spend less time focussed on whether you are eligible for recognition dollars and more thinking about your next role.

seems like that should be the last thing any remote employee should be worrying about
