@ak ...again someone or maybe you're the original OP? who does not work at AT&T. Engineers is a broad term and there are multiple types of engineers, But no Engineering Department with a massive amount of employees that will be targeted for layoffs. IoT, Mobility, Fiber, RAN, and other units may have engineers as part of their org or in an overlay-type support model. At least do your research before you troll and $h*+ post

Maybe they can Havens and Ayala. We can only hope. Nothing like telling your employees Get under it or 500 years of experience here don’t call me first ask your fellow workers . How are they still employed and they let The father of AI Dan Clover go. Pathetic. WOMT.

Mobility, CSO, all the legacy teams. Presumably, everything will work just fine with the new hire replacements. Unless there's an outage...

@aa “ bring it on time for the top talent to leave or make it elective”

As soon as I can find something better. Don’t you worry.

Not true “Networking” is not an AT&T Business Unit
There are going to be a large number of surplus notifications going out in the next 2 to 6 weeks, but it will be across multiple organizations and business units.
