@a66 Makes sense for an end of year cut. Gotta work on those synergies.

Everyone is on pins and needles. Our NTS EVP Magesh stated we will have realignment within the next 120 days. I wish they would just let folks know instead of all the cloak and dagger. At least the field ops people were given notice that their jobs would end in 30 days, 60 days, or Dec 31.
@jj how do they still have jobs? Stock keeps going down.
Charters senior leadership cannot make a good decision to save their lives. Not one decision in the past 3 years has improved the business or made it easier to be things done, sadly it's exactly the opposite. Their benefits package is cr-p but their selling point is we haven't raised your out of pocket. Nonsense, the people they have negotiating deals couldn't negotiate a candy bar deal with a 5 year old. Rather than cutting the RAP or vacation rules maybe they should stop sponsoring formula 1 cars.
Senior leadership is the problem.
the news is today.
@294 I actually think we should be fine since this is an acquisition. It will be a bloodbath on the Cox side, though.
Enjoy the quiet, for now. Every merger has layoffs. Keep your resume updated just in case, get some OT if possible to pad your emergency savings.
June 18th 2021 $685.60 per share. June 18th 2026 $129.38 per share -81.1%. This is the mad cat marketing effect folks. A fake resume, standing on your workers shoulders, and nepotism will move you up the ladder. She is in charge of the merger task force. Will be hilarious to see when the 60 day rebrand falls flat on its face and SP will be asking her for answers facing pressure from AR
Probably waiting till Cox deal closes for any big moves.
@OP Wondering the same. Given what is happening in the IT market, we should have had atleast some re-org to save costs. I have a feeling something big is coming
