Notice how AI companies are starting to tank. Cisco's strength here is that it is clearly inept at AI. Everyone knows Cisco AI is hype only.
Cisco will still suffer from the AI circular funding debacle and coming AI correction.
we probably have a few more hours before any meaningful/lasting price action, but the market def seems less than impressed.

It is like drinking coffee when you had no sleep the night before
It will keep you awake a few more hours but you will feel worse and more depleted than before that coffee. Getting high does not mean you have super powers
They can't keep ordering AI hardware for ever. then what ?
Because we are not creatively using AI to make better products. That is where we could make visible progress. We are just is the favorable position due to our portfolio and size to be able to deliver these volumes

The problem is.. CSCO is riding someone else's AI deamnd story. yep, for the time being the stock is up on hope... when the ai bo-m goes b00m, so will CSCO. Everyone will figure out soon enought Cicso doesn't have sh-t.
that is my impression too , there will be a yoyo effect soon.
I will start looking for a new job around the end of the quarter. That is about when new budgets and new projects are approved for many companies
@a2 it’s actually coming back up a bit but it’s down after hours due to a “sell the news” reaction meaning it’s not because of any issues with Cisco (in fact Cisco had a pretty great Q4) but because of profit-taking
