WSJ: Women at L3Harris Shared Concerns About CEO’s Behavior Years Before Ouster

This is absolutely horrible and it was allowed to happen. Not somewhere I'll be working for long.

@bx it’s not hard for the women to know more than the men. This place is filled with brain dead neanderthals. I moved down from the north years ago and feel I’m getting d-mber every year just interacting with people here.

1 Most Ethical Company of the year award for sure.

Don’t worry about training BS, it obviously doesn’t matter anymore.
Glad I quit when I did. Sc--w all those managers.
The good ones are far and few in between.
Dump your company stock now or take a bath in the losses.

Most unethical, ethical company, constantly having us take ethic courses yet they don't practice it..

@m1 what about the former CIO

BOD took action because stock price is down at low levels. If stock was trading at $400, they would have ignored the conduct and let him keep his CEO role

I say every woman thats has been se-----y harassed should come together and do class action as no one did anything about the harassment!! I reported mine and was just told oh you can work from home then, brush it under the rug, then got RIF’d, so that’s how it’s handled.

@cq add things like racial discrimination and pregnancy discrimination as well. Whoever heard of not giving MLK Day as a paid holiday?

S-xual hassarment and age discrimination on the rise at L3HARRIS. Sh-t is finally hitting the fan. I am praying for a class action lawsuit. Florida is a freak off state.

@a3 I reported s-xual harassment in 2023 and nothing was done to the individual, they still work there as a manager. Boone listens to the women, we are treating like cr-p, mainly because we know more than the men!!

@a3 look into which exec was with L3 and left at the same time and tell me it’s not a coincidence

White big boys do what they feel like. The rest of us get ethics training, HR forms, and a reminder to “speak up.” 😂

Funny how the rules always seem to get more flexible when you’re sitting in the big chair.

What other disgusting or illegal behavior is the BOD keeping secret?

@OP so the article is telling me a woman reported harassment in 2023 and nothing happened... if she reported it to HR/ethics the BOD would have heard about it.

It seems the BOD KNOWING and WILLINGLY protected and enabled the Kube!

I hope the government launches a criminal/treason investigation into L3H leadership going all the way back to BB and his authorized FRAUD!

The crowning irony of my career will be the my yearly chuckle every time I hit the next button after listening to Kubasik intro on the ethics training. Always felt weird.

Next time the company is short on cash they can sell that video to MBA and law schools across the country.
