I was just curious if anyone has called the VSP line and tried getting an earlier separation date? I asked my PL and she said it was worth a try but wanted to ask first. Mine is May 2027 but dangit do I want December 2026.

@f0 That’s what I figured about the 2027 dates and wanting folks to quit. Since they sent that email and let us rank the dates in the order we wanted to be let go I thought maybe they would consider it.
People signed a letter of resignation that had wording of "may" "could be on or around" etc. Dates are not being changed from what you received as being accepted to resign on Centene's terms. They are hoping the further out ones now quit earlier than what they were accepted to (especially the 2027 dates) because they wont have to pay anything out.
@d9 nobody, repeat nobody, has gotten a different VSP date than what they were told originally. anyone who says differently is lying.
@ad Mr know it all is at it again. Love how you act as though you know all 100% and everyone else is lying.
People have gotten dates changed. Wait and see.

there will not be any luck trying to do this - they won’t budge. and anyone on this board claiming to have negotiated a different date is lying.
