@a5 I am a PL, and in the last layoffs a few years ago we were told we were not allowed to say “I’m sorry”. It implied the company was doing something wrong.

@am unfortunately I don't think anyone will speak to you or of fear of retribution, but if you read through these posts for the last couple months, I think you will get a pretty clear picture of what is going on

Fellow Texas employee, I am truly sorry to hear you were affected. Many prayers your way and you will be missed. Texas has an amazing group of people across the board. It’s horrible to lose anyone.

I'm sorry to hear that but we have so many skilled workers here that I truly believe most can pivot to other things. What are these layoffs scripts like? Is it HR or just management? Any reason given why you were chosen? Any im sorry?
