Do we get a bonus for this year in severance (YTD only)

I was severed last August and received a pro-rated bonus last February. You have to work until at least June (maybe July?) to qualify.
You need be employed until some date in November to qualify for the Christmas bonus. So, nothing there for me.
Worked in ECIO if that matters.

If you are severed, employed through early July or later, and meet criteria to retire, you will receive a prorated performance bonus.
So If you are laid off in middle of the year then you loose the bonus..
From past history, no, unless your end date fell into the bonus timeframe.
For those who were part of the October 2025 layoffs, they were able to collect the Holiday Bonus because their 60 days went into January, and they were able to get the year end bonus since their end date went into 2026.
Those part of the January 28th layoffs, they had the bonus paid out to them since their end date was in April.
@OP I heard the people who did get laid off will get the Christmas bonus. I don’t know about the annual performance. I had that same question as well because I heard another round is coming October and was thinking would anyone in October be the annual performance bonus
