@f4 yep, and you added to it...
Tough crowd.
Op here. I had heard rumors so a quick search sent me here, but with every post rated so low it's hard to figure what is useful or not. I guess it's just a giant b*tch sesh.
@cv troll, you are literally the only one mentioning HR in these threads. makes you very identifiable.
Is there such thing as 'HR' at ORCL?
Someone in Human Resources is tasked with monitoring, censoring, and making these posts appear illegitimate by downvoting them. They should know, though, that they, as human resources themselves, will be replaced by a new AI Resources group.
taking breaks from sending emails to downvote. AI is just going to replace them. 2-3 yrs. Let's gooooo
I just pray this sh-t hole lands where it belongs. Once I have looked up to this global tech wonder, after more then 10 years spent here its become clear that it is a puppet house. There are rare moments, which will stay with me, mostly involving some good people, everything else will be gone forever in few weeks. For all my Oracle career the process was like religion to follow, every cell checked numerous times, kicking a-s at each approval level. And suddenly its not relevant anymore???? Hope the owners and the decision makers get what they deserve…. This company was not broke, it just decided that people do not matter.
Larry must be down voting from his computer.
Larry wantes to build his film entertainment and next data center dream. And if that's mean firing all the Oracle staff let it be. You are responsible for your financial future and not Larry. If you are really wise you should be upgrading your skills, sending out CVS and planning your next career move outside of Oracle.
@an People are denying the inevitable
trolling and no new info in the post.
exactly like your post
just down voted you, LOL
@a5 are you guys serious? This site provides a venting platform for how people really feel. And, they're allowed to be anonymous, so some of it you have to take a breath and filter with a grain of salt. But a lot of it is so true and accurate. If Oracle's truly cared, they would review each line item of this as a feedback loop into their actual HR management practices. That will never happen, which is the unfortunate sad truth.
+1 its not much but its honest work
@OP I noticed that too. What a bunch of grumps.
People are unhappy, I get it. Why take it out on everyone else? Maybe take a break from the site if it makes them unhappy.
