Getting an RTO extension

Whom do I have to email to get an RTO extension for another 6 months? My manager and AVP said it’s not possible. Did anyone have any luck getting it extended? I really need it due to personal issues and other things that I can’t put a name to.

You are looking for a Job Accommodation. Go onto the HR portal and search for JA or Job Accommodation. It still needs approvals but that is the process to do the 6 month request.

@f4 yup. That’s how I’m playing it if I don’t find something sooner. In hindsight, should’ve taken the severance tho.

Email Stankey and explain your situation. He’s approved them. Let us know how it went.

Not true.
There are people working from home still. Bedminster has a few. One is in Indiana.

Just say you’ll move, and then just don’t
When the time comes, just be like “sorry not sorry couldn’t make it happen give me virtual or give me death”
If they like you they’ll keep you.
Worked for me, got virtual.

Good luck.

I mean, there are people in wheelchairs and on walkers coming in everyday. You may need to go out on medical or use up all your vacation and consider unpaid leave.

No one is going to override your AVP; HR only makes recommendations; it's up to BU to decide.
