Dell had paid a lot in wfr. Now the plan is to make things so miserable that people leave in their own. May it be useless tools, unrealistic kpis which have no relevance to actual jobs.... No growth or promotions. Just make it so bad that people leave. I am just collecting a paycheck... Just package me...

They want to make our lives a living helll so we leave on our own. That way they don't have to pay severance. There's a financial aspect to Dell decisions. Always!

I agree that it’s been like this since (and during) RTO. It has to be intentional. There’s no way they are accidentally treating us this badly.

I think what is happening is there is no New Hire approval unless it comes from top leadership. Positions can be filled with internal transfers.
