@da from what I understand you maybe be waiting....but they want MANY to resign and you should look at the retirement package to see if it fits your needs. LOTS of angry folks should so the the rest of us can get on with normalcy because YOU are the ones making things miserable for all. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk....
Yeah I'm at the point where I'm just hoping to be laid off before I am fired. Too burnt out to job search or do anything more than minimum effort
I'll volunteer ..... package me out! Fidelity is going through a culture shift. It will NEVER return to the flexible place it once was. Overcrowded, unassigned seating nightmare with Directors, VPs and tenured associated being reduced to a number, punching a clock. Make sure you swipe you badge!!!! F this !!
@aq it's currently still on the market...keeping on eye on it though.
and much further away
Wait? No VBO? Kidding, kidding.
I heard they will be buying/leasing the MetLife site in Warwick, RI. They won’t spend money to add associates in groups that are extremely understaffed but they’ll spend money to force the burnt out depressed associates back full time.
seems plausible with hiring freeze and the lack of space planning
I haven't heard anything...but praying it's true.
