Have not heard about any changes or simplifications yet
What does that mean? Layoffs? A flattening of roles? I don’t know how we could get any flatter. I’m a 5 reporting to a 7 who reports to a 9. We’ve already flattened and removed hierarchy and promotion opportunities.
Anyone else feeling like their leader is being pushy about exploring other roles? Wonder if they’re planning to flatten the L6 and L5 layer of the co. even more.
