Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Covid vaccines

With all the news coming out about Covid and the vaccines, any thoughts on a class action lawsuit against AT&T for mandating shots in order to return to work?

Question is who really pushed it. The company or CWA?

@a1 it was absolutely mandated, we had to upload our vaccine cards. Coercion at its best. Absolute bull too.

@b0 - decades of mRNA research and innovation before COVID and 13B+ mRNA vaccines administered worldwide to date where global scientific reviews has found that mRNA vaccines are safe and highly effective.

Yet you still listen to and believe back alley cranks to this day instead - you have no credibility and just don’t want to let go of that bone. Just like the frog in boiling water - you won’t know until it’s too late (but I’ll always wish the best for you).

As to the mandate, it shouldn’t have been one but most could have gotten out of it (as the many PhD’s on this forum continually brag about).

@ay are you up to date on your Covid boosters? If not, why?

@ay ok dude. You have no idea what we were actually forced to take. No 25 year study, developed overnight, but keep drinking that koolaid.

Seriously, if you don’t believe in science, then why go to the doctor anymore (other than for the balm for your knuckles).

Picking and choosing what science you believe in based on what you read online ain’t the best healthcare approach for you all.

Your likelihood of even getting heard will likely depend on whether or not you first filed an exemption. If you did and it was rejected, that’s one thing. But if you didn’t file one, that might hurt your case.

T must have had good legal counsel b/c exemptions were quickly granted. Just about every lawsuit I’ve read about, employers are losing in court where they didn’t honor them.

At T, depending on who you reported to, it was high pressure and intimidation was definitely seen across the board.

And what news would that be? That the vaccine worked and saved millions of lives? That for others it prevented serious illness? Yeah terrible stuff

Give it a rest already you friggin crybabies.

You should go to your local restaurant and ensure the kitchen staff does not have to wash hands. That’ll show them!

Who knew T had so many ambulance chasers on payroll?

Intimidation was the lever used by Stank and that is a violation of our CoC.

If there is an argument to be made, that is it.

The counterargument is that T was following the advice of the CDC and Lord Fauci so not sure there is a case to be made for going after T.

I’m not sure it was mandated. I never got one.
