I was put on a PIP today in France... what should I expect after meeting PIP's goals?

@km everyone in your situation really should sue. It’s a no brainer
I am in PIP too in France. > 50 years old.
The level of my objectives for the pip were increased several weeks after the start because the US management check all pip and if there is no sufficient objectives you can have problems. But the number and level of objectives are so important that is ridiculous.
In France we are more proprected by the law than in US, but if I must leave IBM , I will go to the "Prudhommes" with proof that this process is not fair.
