Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

My manager gets laid off this safe. Anyone has the same situation before? Does that mean my position is in danger?

Am I safe in the next few rounds? Anyone has similar experience?

I graduated from Aladdin University with a B.S. in Magic Technology, followed by a MBA from Trump University, then a PhD from Phoenix University Online Progam.

But since I'm Insecure and have an Inferiority Complex like most Citi employees like You, I actually Clarion📣🎺 to the world that I graduated Yale undergrad, then Harvard MBA.

LOL!

@c7 I’m seriously unimpressed by your use of the English language. Vocabulary and grammar woeful and you’ve got a run on sentence going. If I had to guess a Liberty University, Western Kentucky or similar grad. NTTAWWT.

Just like Citibank is now reduced, relegated to just being a Credit Card company like Capital One Bank (The "What's in your wallet?" TV Commercials) and a custodian bank like State Street, BNY Mellon and PNC, What's your TOEFL Score ??

Both written and spoken English language that are deemed acceptable competency by any H1bs with a TOEFL score of less than 650 are glaringly and obviously subpar and come out as gibberish.

This is the reason why respectable USA universities require their international PhD candidates (from Non-English language countries) to have a TOEFL of at least 650.

Competency shows both in written and spoken English. You can't fake it.
