Someone is abusing the original goal of this site by constantly discussing RTO and tracking data.
If you got a job and worried about RTO, then maybe LinkedIn and Reddit is where you should be. To keep discussing RTO here is ridiculous while people worried about overall job security.

Just ask all the folks reporting to JR who were told to declare if they were voluntarily uprooting their lives to go to Minneapolis, Charloette, or Phoenix by July 31st or "voluntarily separate." As for any of her reports in other hubs, don't expect much of a chance of career movement, unless it's with another business line. That doesn't include the ones who suddenly found their jobs could be done "more efficiently" (i.e. for pennies on the dollar) offshore.
The RTO is part of the job security, it is tied to our performance. that has been the whole issue from the start with RTO. it has always been a gray area and no answers from anyone. sometimes the only real answers you get are from this site.
