Fiserv is seeking to dismiss the lawsuit filed last year for the shareholder class action lawsuit.

I did not know that John Gibbons was not only added as a defendant in the revised filing but he is now Chief of Staff a the IRS. FU--ING FIGURES.

Is that breaking news? Gibbons was likely hired at the IRS to run five minute shoutout calls like he did at Fiserv. Even his all hands felt like open mic. Is Frank rehiring his former favorites will Pete be hired next?
