Anyone else with an invite on their calendar for tonight and stressing over what tomorrow brings?

Don’t check your email or calendar over the weekend. (Unless that’s part of your normal shift. I check mine when the clock strikes 9:00am.
Unless I knew the afternoon before of a request to meet at 9:00
I took PTO the last 4 days, then sent a blanket email goodbye to the dozens and dozens of friends.
Yes they are required to show you the severance amounts (just gross, not net).
I weighed all my options for a couple of weeks before signing, ultimately deciding not to seek legal counsel Then got paid out 2 weeks later on normal payday.
@c4 did manger discuss severance? When is your last day? Can you take PTO to close out your time? Pretty sure I'm getting cut later.
HR was not on my call. My manager just read the script.
@bp Dude, wake up. HR is never on the invite. But they'll be there when you dial in.
If you see two people on the bridge when you log in, you're fcked.
@bp maybe only managers with minute ba--s have to get HR in as backup?
@bn no HR on my invite that I can see just zoom call with mgr no details
Invite too. Pretty obvious when HR are also invited to the meeting...
@a1 If up to it, report back on this?
I know it is difficult and stressful getting these emails and the fear of the unknown. You just have to be positive knowing it is the best thing for you personally and professionally to get out of Dell. There may be some stress and uncertainty on the near term, but you will look back a few years from now and say this was the best thing that could have happened for you. Everything happens for a reason. You just may not realize it at the moment.
@a4 Austin ISG
