Smart person! But unfortunately not ready for such a big role yet! Sad to see that this company lacks a seasoned bench and progression planning. Meanwhile, HR function has a full suite of executives who pad themselves on LinkedIn! One has to wonder why so many vice presidents in HR. It’s the easiest executive job at L3Harris!
@e4 Welcome to the jungle, it gets worse here every day
You learn to live like an animal in the jungle where we play
If you got hunger for what you see, you'll take it eventually
You can have everything you want but you better not take it from me

Let's just say I've dusted off the 'ol CV here in a last few days.
Get ready for an absolute sh-t storm. No, not the constant day-to-day one at Harris. This one's the the big mama.
The “performative act of appearing competent” only works briefly! Give this person 2-3 quarters … lack of experience and judgement will show-up in the results.
The sad part is that SMS is half the company results!
@cb AMEN
@c9 “Each week critical talents walk out of the door”—— Sounds like Clifton. This is what happens when incapable and under-qualified leadership doesn’t care about the company. The only thing they care about is how to make themselves look good by promoting people who never question their decisions and direction.
If you’re lucky, she’ll bring the SLC VP of Engineering along with her. Same vibes. Forced the previous VP out because he was too competent, made her look bad. New VP is awful, attrition through the roof. Each week is like of who’s who of critical talent walking out the door.
Typical diversity hire. Enjoy
Bring back Lambert !!
Barnes is buzzword soup. The worst part about it is that she also doesn’t realize how limited her experience is and think she’s here because she is some genius meaning it’s her way or the high way (her way leads to the dump)
@a6 L3harris is full of people who are not qualified to do their jobs. It's not a company, it's a club.
We’re fu---d. Look at her resume. She is the type to over compensate with bravado and pretending she’s way more qualified for this than she is
