He doesn’t need to learn anything in his mind. No real consequences, he still has hundreds of millions while we have to keep working.

Feel like this probably happened a while back and they were just building a case to oust him. Sam was always the succession plan. He took on more CEO duties visiting all the sites recently. Pretty sure Kube was always doing this, they just finally decided to raise the flag because the board didn't want him as CEO anymore for business reasons.

If you look around LinkedIn, a few influencers are now using this as a brief case study on ethics and a CEO ousting’s effects on the stock price.

He was set up. Somebody wanted him out. It was easy too.
