A lot of executives VP, SVPs are waiting for their stock to vest. They have no incentives to help the field people with any of the problems, either it is Score, Support, Product issues. We are selling because of relationship and not because of any capabilities.
A lot of these oldies are rusted and need to get kicked out starting with Jeff Clarke. He is a Plague.
