They are hiding it by running monthly layoffs below x number of employees per month, so they would not need do publicly announce it. The AI is still sh-t and its bubble will bite them, can't wait 😆

All companies are doing this. Every one of them. It isn't unique to Dell.
I’ll be reaching out to to some journalists I know to let them know about this completely legal yet completely unethical practice. Dell is full of liars, not unlike the current administration that claim to be ethical but are nothing more than unethical liars and thieves.

Paying severance allows a company to not have to state anything publicly. It's also less than 1% so nothing significant. We are still hiring every month as well, even in the US
