Is this email being sent to everyone in the U.S ? Or it was sent only to a specific group/class of people? I understand that some employees may want to keep this to themselves, if he/she received the email.

I have heard that not everyone in the US received the email.
What does the email say?
Based on the links in email to sharepoint, they certainly have the capability to track open rates, but I doubt they are painting a target just for opening an email sent to all US based staff.
So many things might be wrong with Blackbaud, but this isn't in the top 100.
@da Not likely. They are encouraging everyone to read the materials even if they aren't considering, and even if they are not in the US.
It went to everyone... but I wonder if they are tracking who actually opens the link and reads about the program. They've tracked access to certain things before.
