I was hoping someone reading this post could give us an update on the upcoming reorganization. Specifically the timeline, departments impacted, and how deep it will cut.

@1a7 Brace for impact
@e9 channel and CSM are the big ones I keep hearing will get the 'changes'
End of August like previous post said. Every department, but mostly those that didn't already have a recent major reorganization.
@aa that would make sense but the layoffs are not communicated and done without any corporate communication. They're all done in tranches below the WARN act threshold to prevent reporting publicly. So what is the point of following those channels for updates?
The San Ramon layoff wasn't announced. The Portugal layoff wasn't announced. The engineering layoff wasn't announced.
If hr was more transparent and honest, I wouldn't mind following those communication methods. Until that happens, people are going to keep coming back here trying to find information.
Happy to see that people are finally pushing back on these. It means the company is finally walking back in the right direction.
Oh, OK. I'm sure one of the few that know confidential information are busting out to provide it here, to satisfy some anonymous curiosity-seeker.
Just keep hitting refresh. The whole plan will be posted really, really soon. I promise.
Or, use that lump between your shoulders for something besides a hat rack and realize how foolish these questions are.
Your choice, chief.
When you need to know something, you will be informed. Stay engaged with enterprise-level communication channels for updates.
