I’m not sure why they think continually moving teams around is helpful- I guess any action is better than inaction. It’s just musical chairs at this point.

Non stop reorgs because people keep leaving and many LOBs losing money
@af I don’t think these were RIFs. Just VPs getting reassigned
The days of staying in one dept or position and hoping you are protected is over. Musical chairs will weed out people that don’t want change. Some depts are over capacity.
