I've watched restructures and personnel decisions systematically remove anyone who was intelligent, trustworthy, or actually cared about employees. The company has spent years making sure there's no one left who can lead effectively. And now we're surprised things are falling apart?

@fk mainly by selling of whole sections of the business though... OK so also a lot of customers left after he fired so many staff that service levels tanked too.
But mainly it was the sale of business.
Been falling apart since M1. Managed to take a company with almost 25B in annual revenue down to less than half of that in less than 10 years.
What thread did you read that indicated that people were "surprised things are falling apart"?
That pretty much sums up every thread on this board. :-)
