We'd need three days off in a row every week just to recover from the daily bullsh-t here. Maybe then management would actually have to do some of the work themselves.

@OP it’s not uncommon to work at weekends, I am highly compensated so don’t mind doing a few extra hours

@an the supervisor does not need to know the specifics of your leave. It's between your doctor and now apparently the Alright system admins. They will inform you super of the dates and nothing more. If he asks you why...just say its a private personal matter.

As my team saw the other day super couldn’t acknowledge mental health is real even though he got a basic degree in it. We are not sure if he’s just incompetent due to his arrogance or is he trying to implode the team to save himself?
@aq they should be. Especially if you get a note from a doctor saying you are having a mental health crisis. It isn’t hard to get. Sn-t. Just tell the doctor the right things.

Many people taking leaves of absence for this very reason. Mental health impacts are real.
