It's been bad for several years, but not like this. This is the worst it's ever been. Dell is truly a shiity company. They do not care about employees, at all, whatsoever.
Sure, other companies have problems too, but not like this.

@jf or the college interns celebrating their time this summer at Dell. If only those kids knew the truth.
I do my best to direct everyone away from Dell. Being called the leader of AI laughable. The only news you see on LinkedIn about Dell is who lost their job.
Today
2021
When companies start to get rid of vast swaths of people, there isn't any carrying for the individual.
People need to remember these times. Hopefully, the market will shift back in favor of the employee. I think with the push to AI, the shift will be a long time coming.
ask an HPE employee. Its the same sh!t
Speaking of sh-t. Had to drive to Walmart to take a dump. Bathrooms in RR3 over flowing. Stalls that are working have no toilet paper.
I think when Covid hit. Dell seemed to lose its humanity then.
Rather than share in the profit and glory with ling term dedicated employees, Dell decided that kicking them to the curb & replacing with offshore (cheaper, dont complain ) Indentured servants was the future.
Dell is dedicated to class warfare. The haves...(execs)...vs the have bots...(the ones actually doing the work).
And no, ita not JUST Dell. But they are doing their best to create a hostile work environment.
Going from EMC to Dell was a change in philosophy. Buying EMC and adopting an Enterprise ethos seemed plausible. But in reality, it never really happened. In general , long term plan became short term gain.
Then again, a lot has changed in the last 10 years. Could an existing EMC of today weather the changes in the tech industry? I don't know.
When Dell bought EMC.
Right around when Arthur took over.
@ap Sorry (?) to break it to you, but there’s nothing but a fleshy patch there. Looks like a Ken doll got microwaved on low for 10 minutes.
When they started su-king trumpz ballz
“Care about employees” lololololooolooooool!!!!!

Welcome to Earth. Take your sl@ve suit of skin and go serve the rich.
Sometime in 2022. False Covid gains going public etc.
