Favoritism & immigration abuses

Recently I noticed a lot of guy's spouse are joining fis at lower salary replacing local folks. If the employee is on l1 visa then the spouse must be in l2 visa and per my knowledge the corporate companies including fis generally don't hire l2 but it's not happening recently at fis.

It's a huge SCAM!!

Can anyone guide me what's the official channel of raising this concern?

It's the same movie at every shop. Playing favorites and calling it leadership. If the perks are good for business, everybody gets them — period. Not just the golden children. Everyone here works long hours, so spare me the 'they've earned it' routine. That's just li---rs protecting favorites.

The cherry on top? Managers smuggling in their buddies and relatives who couldn't pass a phone screen anywhere else. Zero experience, straight to the front of the line. Meanwhile actual talent sits on the bench watching the buddy system run the place. Trust is gone, morale is gone, and no HR spin deck is bringing either one back.

US jobs will only get cheap people. Unfortunately, those are mainly people coming abroad. Quality nobody cares about.

so many such examples
Spouse of employee reporting to direct report of that same employee only. One spouse is boss of that person and other spouse working under him. Many such cases are there, can be seen if checking properly.
Both spouses working in same team itself. This also so many cases.
How appraisal and rating will be fair like this? Not possible.
Hr should investigate

@bf were they hired for the an executive position? According to FIS policy, any job can be learned by anyone with ninety days of KT. Easy peasy.

@bf completely agree. Have experienced it personally. I don't understand even how they came to the system.

Even worse, often the spouse is wholly unqualified for what they are hired to do but are completely untouchable due to the management position of their spouse. There are some exceptions, but not many.
