None of these "positive," people match a profile or description of anyone. Who are these people here? Are we getting punked

@er I'm no longer with the company but muy tenure pre-dates OR by a significant number of years as CEO (over half a decade) the truth is yes other companies do layoffs and yes it's common to remove the poor performers but TD has and is still reducing HC which are hitting the bottom line and removing high performers. I was a director running services and YoY I was being asked to cut people who were profitable to make a quota on HC. The company wide HC dropped from 15K when I started to around 3.5K when I left, I get do more with less but their is a limit and it's become an impossible task. My 2 cents but no wonder cutomer sat and revenues are declining.

@gy Ah, Super-engineer is hitting the THC again. Those fantasies must help as he’s toiling away in his little cubicle before going to his tiny apartment. Hahahahahaha

@g6 10% loss that he was only able to achieve through headcount reductions. Which are masking how truly aweful the leprechauns "leadership" really is.

See, it HAS to be SM. Only he himself would claim to be a strong leader when revenue is down every year (except right after he took over) since he was appointed CEO.

2020 (When he took over) - 1.836b
2021 (Lingering results) - 1.917
2025 (latest numbers) - 1.663

So in 5 years, he's managed to lead the ship to nearly 10% decline in revenue since he took over. In one of the hottest markets in history. True leadership there.

I comment here a lot I've been here since the times of Oliver Ratzenberger. The current leadership is doing an excellent job at moving us to a position of being an AI leader, SM is a strong leader.

Will I get downvotes? Yes but it is the reality, Teradata does layoffs periodically but who doesn't?

They are delusional low-skill people who must talk themselves into everything being wonderful.

I refuse to believe its anyone but SM. That would explain the god complex, the belief everything is great, as well as the lack of time spent actually running the company to improve its performance.
