Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

What have raises been like for everyone?

I received my smallest raise ever this year (aside from zero during Covid). I had a good rating this year as well. Is this normal or does my boss hate me?

A 3% raise pretty much made the decision for me. I’m done giving this company more than what it pays me for. I’m going to do the bare minimum, probably less for a while to make up for all the extra work I’ve done over the years, and put that time and energy into finding somewhere.

Going above and beyond, taking on responsibilities above my pay grade, and carrying extra work for basically nothing in return? Yeah, I’m done with that.

Highly successful - 2% with a small stock award with a 4-year vesting schedule (25% per year). No cash bonus

@ag highly successful. Still small raise. The company is overall profitable. But comparing to previous years. Eh. That is why raises are small. We did get bonuses so that is positive. No need to get defensive.

Exceeds expectations rating, told I am doing the job of a level above where I am at, 2% and told this is across the board. No opportunity for future growth unless I apply for open roles on other teams.

@ad I know the state of the company. I’m not stupid, I’m just seeing if I was an outlier or not. Please save your poor attitude, you also didn’t even answer the question about if raises were poor across the board or not, you simply attacked me. Also, my area of the company actually IS profitable, maybe look to your own performance instead of attacking others
