Changes to FCI (FCRM)

I heard there are big changes to FCI under T.S. Has anyone heard anything?

What makes you think there's a reason, given the new head of FCI has zero experience or qualifications to run it, other than being one of MA's girls (just the other new hires she brought in immediately)?

huge discrepancies in headcount between the top DIRs, believe simply to close gap in #s and still aren’t balanced. one set of procedures that should have always been the case. have heard everything from 7-10 per mgr as spans/layers talks come up again. newly named GMs after retirements; only 1 internal to FCI, with 1 external to FCRM and the other non-WF that doesn’t have a single direct report in their location. still early for TS to make her impact, but waiting and hoping

Only thing I heard are a couple procedures merging for efficiency but not much change in rules that need to be followed specifically for FCI. Larger FCRM impact, I did hear that managers will need to have minimum of 7 reports, so some managers might become individual contributors.
