Since nothing else works and they are more worried about what’s on this website? Will someone please let the leaders of P66 know that the supervisors in the control center or never at work and if they do show up it’s only for a couple hours at a time it’s been like this for past year.

@qz do you mean detracts? I guess you arent as studied up as you might think.
@qz, it may be different at the Control Center but I don’t think ethic concerns are a priority here at the Borger Refinery.
I don’t think reports are kept confidential either.
Ya, managers and supervisors in Phillips control rooms are overall deficient. There are a couple, and I say that loosely, that are strong leaders. Just remember the few that are adequate are surrounded by losers and therefore can’t be their best or they’ll be considered a threat and pushed out. Typical toilet bowl situation here at destination fu---d
@qz lecturing someone about their misspellings and "grammer"... priceless!
First, if you're complaining about your supervisor and are writing in sentence fragments, mispellings and improper grammer, it subtracts credibilty from your accusations and just makes you seem vindictive.
Second, if you have ethics concerns, there's an anonymous internal reporting pathway.
Lets not forget to mention the “friendships” that supervisors have with their staff. Drinking and partying then throw a vacation in there. Highly inappropriate. Our supervisor came from scheduling knows absolutely nothing about being a supervisor! Is also an alcoholic and takes an employee on vacation. This place needs leadership so bad
Tulsa pipeline control center, filled with supervisor trashes
Are you talking about Bartlesville? Is it the supervisor that has been convicted of vehicle manslaughter, the other thats a know drunk or the one sleeping in his car in the parking lot? Please share with us
This sentiment could be said about most of the leaders I had the pleasure of working for, especially these past 5 years or so.
@OP which control center are you talking about?
Promotion only if you have direct reports - 1 time only! Even if you absorb projects, someone else’s job, or happen to be in a group that’s just straight up not valued good luck getting anything higher than SGL 16. Gotta be part of the “in” crowd.
Can’t wait for the rollout of our new development opportunities.. make sure to check the box that says “external”.
Work harder! Oh and BTW no promotion/grade change unless you're in management!
