Just received an invite to a team meeting for H&CC in my region for next month which is very rare, could this be something we are all dreading:/

@3ht I’m wondering how long they will keep the new model of care they are just now rolling out. It’s an expensive program with many staff overlapping each other. The patient stories they presented in the town hall were fabricated to make the program look good.
Any recent rumblings about Home and Community?
Im thinking we'll start seeing things happen in October, after 3rd quarter earnings meeting.
All care coordinators are aware of the Humana sunset. 100% there will be lay-offs. It’s a no-brainer. It’s just a matter of knowing when.
Humana is ending their contract for home and community. This was stated in an earlier post which seems to no longer be listed on here.

With the end of the Humana contract (end of this year) there will likely be a great deal of changes. I’ve been hearing that there are changes in Preservice as well with the AI enhancements. I’m worried about role loss and RIFs.

@OP What are you asking? Is it a layoff? No, you would not get a notice more than an hour or 2 in advance.
@a3 and I’ve watched a coworker get laid off. So yep keep that mentality of “it won’t happen to me”. I hope it personally happens to you and let’s see what you have to say then.
