Akovenko and Kopec both left a week apart. Both were VPs.
@vz I think you are thinking of different people although Im not sure who.
@pe one was a VP who wasn’t performing and left voluntarily, the second was a director who claimed to be a VP and left also.
There is only one VP in the division.

It’s always hard to tell who the references are to because everyone has their own made up titles.

I'm in leadership and I don't think so. Medicare needs to be more lean and become profitable but HCSC's focus even at the highest levels of leadership continues to be finding savings in non-employee costs. For example: external vendors, technology license costs, contractors, etc. Even the use cases for AI are more about allowing us to scale with the staff we have as opposed to reducing headcount. Hope this helps.

They already eliminated a great VP. It’s a sinking ship for sure.
