have u seen that linkedin in post - lol - an svp was bragging how her flight got cancelled but she got all strong and mighty, was able to overcome the challenge and persevere. what an amazing times to be alive - how much more deranged and fake can we become. makes me sick.

They fire others but keep reaping the rewards of their falsely earned title. Like CL ...who installs the companies head legal counsel as the CEO. What has she ever sold?
They know from this site that people hate them and have no respect but they'll stay in their roles because all they care about is enriching themselves despite the BS posts you see on LinkedIn by brown nosers thanking them for mentoring and other BS.
It has to be really hard to be a leader to know in your heart you got there not for merit but for inclusion, and that you really don’t have what it takes. Imposter syndrome forever. It would seriously be a curse from he-l. Sad.

Look at Leahy's marriage...she was so greedy she kept everything.
She's so evil with the divorce that her husband died before it was even over.
She surrounded herself with evil people and they pushed out the leaders that cared.
These people would sell out family so why wouldn't they sell out coworkers and shareholders as they enrich themselves.
One can only hope they show up in Chicago news one day as a statistic.

Talking about leadership on LinkedIn… G Young has me thinking about the difference between having a leadership title and demonstrating leadership in full view. At the Fortune 500 level, people notice everything, not just the messages you post, but who you consistently engage with, recognize and amplify, how broadly you show up for the organization, and what your choices communicate during difficult moments. I have noticed him liking and engaging with posts specifically highlighting Black leadership, and there is absolutely value in supporting representation. But executive leadership also has to feel inclusive, balanced and enterprise wide. When your visible engagement appears concentrated around a particular group or circle, even unintentionally, people are going to notice and form perceptions about what and who gets your attention. Add to that the optics of an executive attending a World Cup match with his son shortly before his name appears on communication announcing layoffs, and it raises a bigger question about executive awareness and perception. Context may always be more complicated than what employees can see from the outside, but perception is part of leadership too. People remember who seemed connected to the reality they were experiencing and who did not. There is more where that comes from, but for now... I rest my case.

I remember during her Higher Ed days, Athena tried really hard to become a market influencer so she created a Twitter account and made all her subordinates follow her. What a joke of a leader she is.

In my opinion...Corley should've been in Leahy's role.
All these VPs also got promoted or got put in more influential positions and you can see the damage they're causing backing Leahy.
Liz is a disaster as well. She's the one primarily that changed compensation for sales. Way to motivate your seller army by taking $ away but expecting them to work even harder to turn around the mess that was created at the top.
I have never met one person who has enjoyed working for or with Athela. Employees, partners, vendors, customer - no one can stand her. Even the plane bailed on her.

I think she took it down because someone else posted on here shortly after about how comical that was considering her executive team fired so many that lost health insurance and income and now have to deal with trying to keep up with rent/mortgages etc.
Waaaah...flight canceled. So sad. Probably went to the airport bar and expensed some drinks and tasty treats so our GP could cover it.
When the company is in decline....why are all these people flying left and right adding zero value. What'd she sell?
