What is included in severance, if anything?

They got a pretty good severance from the several people I talked to, they all get paid until October with benefits, and then after October they get their severance payout, or rated bonuses, and lump sum 11k cobra coverage.
@b0 seems like no one accepting it can disclose, might suggest it’s too good to reject. Notably also no collective consultation announcement so either very low numbers or legal loopholes to avoid?
What is the severance for UK? 2 weeks for every year or 1 month for every year? Thanks
