Does principal engineers get stock grants at PNC? My recruiter said i will be getting but nothing mentioned on offer letter. Confused if i should join PNC.

@ac a1 here. Bonus dollars are variable - this is true. They won’t be able to give an exact amount because of the way it is distributed. Stock can be put in writing.
@a1+1 OP here i did ask the recruiter. they said bonus and stock is something variable and they are not going to mention in the offer letter.
Ask for it as a part of your total comp before you sign your offer. If you don't ask, you will not automatically get it. And never sign anything until you have it all in writing.
