Some of the layoffs got moved up to today, not sure why.

Others are still happening in two to four weeks. Q3 budget and earnings call driven.

Very strong probability is overstating things. Shart and the boys fire people as fast as they can, and that's roughly 10-15k per year based on the last 5 of so. Even at the upper end of that range, that's still just 10% of the current domestic workforce. Therefore, somewhere around 80-90% of us will still be here a year from now.

Oh no, emails! And then the person comes in, the end. I'm not saying it never happens, but it's rare and isn't making a relevant impact on headcount at the company. Various groups and and teams have been phased into RTO over a very long period of time. The number of people that are finally getting it forced upon them any given month is tiny. Vast majority went back 2-3 years ago and the ones that fought the man are looooong gone. Nothing left but compliant sheep at this point.

Are you people even paying attention? Anyone doubting this is probably doesn’t even work at wells. For anyone that does work here, the writing has been on the wall for at least 3 years. If you live in the US and work for WF currently, there is a VERY STRONG probability they you will NOT be working at WF 12-18 months from now. Charlie and his hos want you all gone

No. There definitely are people not showing up in the office enough and emails being sent.

Likely correct on Q3 and 4, but there are no RTO resistance left. That ship sailed a long time ago and there's no more terms to be had in that area. Literally the only reason they retain the policy is to motivate people to quit. It hasn't been the source of terms for cause for quite some time outside of a few people making a point in their way out the door.

Q3 and Q4 are going to be as brutal as last year. The numbers have to be met. One difference from last year is RTO metrics are explicit and being tracked. You will get an IM and axe for not showing up enough. The AI stuff is not working out as planned, management has nothing to show for it.

@a8 There are fairly good estimates of how much are chopped each cycle.

The real question is how much longer? Teams are already at the breaking point but this management team want everyone working 25 hours, 8 days a week on a below market salary.

Not sure if serious. Probably 90% of Tuesdays after paydays have downsizing, the only question is how much.
