The thought that those PL/ managers/ directors whatever title that had to complete notifications. I can hear their boss praising them with a GOOD JOB!! Makes me cringe!

Are they supposed to risk their job by telling their staff what they were instructed not to? What benefit comes from telling you? It will still happen. It’s part of being in a leadership role. It’s not sunshine and roses. If I were a PL, I wouldn’t inform anyone. It su-ks but it’s the job. Everyone is replaceable sadly.
Not the PL leader fault not the point I was making. Some things happen that isn't specifically the person fault, I can cringe tho..
Yes, because PLs love doing ISPs. Your direct PL totally made the decision for the entire company to do ISPs.
If you were a PL, don't pretend you'd be abel to do anything to prevent it.
