Are they gonna at least let us know when this first round is over so we can stop stressing for at least a little bit till the 2nd round… this company is making me hate them w how they’re keeping us in the dark.

@OP I would not say anyone is safe or keeping them from having more layoffs. Since they lie so much I would assume anytime at this point and do not believe when someone like a PL lies to you face and says other wise or you are safe.

@a2 Yes it did me and I was let go. Lied to and told I was safe. 65 and turn 66 2 days after my official date of departure. I told them how nice and happy birthday to me. Thanks for showing me how valuable I am to the company and then hung up. I was tricked into a skip meeting that another QI said was safe. I answered. I thought I was being moved around not laid off. Felt like a bad. Dream. That was what has upset me the most.
First round is over. Second round will be during enrollment time. Most likely around the holidays.
@OP The first round has always been 8/10 - 8/12. No secret! The next round is occurs around the winter holidays.
I thank you all for sharing any sort of information you have. Our leadership has told us absolutely nothing. It’s giving me a little bit of relief after this terrible week of anxiety.
I can state that it is over with for the first wave for 2026. Depending on enrollment for 2027 the second wave will come after January 1 through March 31, 2027. This is why the layoff date for the March 2027 vsp is on the 26Th. Csa's are being retained just in case there is an uptick in enrollment.
We were told by our senior director that the layoffs are complete and all notifications are done. I think it’s safe to say this round is over
@OP they want to keep us on our toes. Wonder when that next voice survey will be… should be fun.
@OP I'm to a point where we should just all walk out. It's taking a toll on our mental and physical health. This company does not care.
