WTF is a raise? The business moved the TSR levels. I guess their logic is if we can’t meet market expectations move the goalposts.

Yeah that TSR change was bs. I was at the min for my job after last raise. Now it looks like I’m in the middle.
Btw they lowered the minimum on tsr a few months back for alot of jobs keep that in mind
If you were outside your old TSR range, they’d usually bump you up now, then finish the rest at annual review to get you to the bottom of the range.
That said, with the recent band changes, I wouldn’t count on this happening going forward.
