Is Gainwell planning to split HMS back into a separate entity, and perhaps sell some or all of it? Service Now changes are being presented as "improving routing" but look more and more like "cut on dotted line".

@bv MUCH faster without HMS however, I highly doubt the bond issuance would allow for a sale.
GW is going to go bankrupt anyway.
