Those w/ a last day of 09/04, have you received your severance agreement?

@av I agree. It is also advised to consult an attorney and also hear my fav part ! Will take 1-2 pay periods so that’s 2-4 weeks to get it. A they give you 7 days to change your mind so it will be sometime later October to get this money when out last paycheck is 9/11 so get prepared
@a6 Please re read the email. It clearly states this is not the agreement. Only a notification of one to come that must be signed and returned within 45 days. It will come after 9/4.
@as - what? You’re not to sign it until after your last day. That doesn’t mean they wouldn’t provide it before then and they should. People need time to have whatever has changed in the agreement as well as whatever they’re signing reviewed.
All communication has stated we will not receive the agreement until after the separation date and to our personal email.
@a6 yes we will not get it until after our final day which mine is 9/4
I received mine last week on 8/18, the day after I was notified that I was being RIF’D and to my work email.
Not yet. Should come to our personal email correct?
